Below are several wax injectors that we use to create patterns for casting. Our inventory of six different kinds of injectors allows us to employ an array of strategies to properly fill and solidify wax in an exceptionally difficult rubber or metal mold. Although most of our injectors are used as single shot machines, two are designed specifically to inject multiple cavity molds where higher production quantities are required. Although most of our multiple cavity molds contain duplicate impressions, others may contain several impressions of different designs.
Aside from employing numerous wax injectors, we fill these machines with wax of varying compositions. No single injection wax is designed to fulfill our vast creative imagination and the diverse requirements of our clients.
Items pictured below are: 1 - 7, types of natural and synthetic material used for rubber molds and 8 - 15, mold frames and clamps.

Below is a view of the pattern setup area in our wax room. Patterns are inspected, trimmed and assembled into trees with exceptional care and patience at our shop. We've installed excellent ventilation for our employee's comfort and extraordinary lighting to guarantee the best possible visual inspection of each pattern.
