Our shop owns a Timesavers HZ-20 centrifugal barrel finisher.   Shown below, it offers economical mass finishing of our client's work.  Up to several hundred castings can be processed in a short period of time.  We use this machine for primary cut down after hand de-gateing and preliminary sanding.

Large capacity Timesavers CBF.

After cut down in the CBF we sometimes utilize a small vibratory finishing machine to burnish castings to a bright finish.

Upon occasion our clients designs require assembly using a plasma needle arc welder.  Earrings where the client specifies a platinum wire hinge omega wire finding is an excellent example of an area where the PWM-6i is perfect.  No discoloration of the surrounding material results from it's use because it's arc is shielded with an intert cover gas, extremely small, precisely directed and in excess of 3500 degrees Fahrenheit.
